•  Australia Domestic warehouse: 3–7 business days

• International partner manufacturers: 7–18 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, destination, and customs processing.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please note that tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update depending on the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid(DDU) basis.

This means:

• import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
• These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.

Ams-Ao Movement Studio does not collect or control customs fees and is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
